Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 is an Android Jelly Bean phone, powered by two quad-core processors (1.6GHz and 1.2GHz) and 2GB RAM. The handset boasts of a 5 inch HD Super AMOLED display for watching pristine images and visuals. The connectivity segment comprises of 2G/3G, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, USB, and NFC. There is a 13MP front camera and a 2MP back camera, fully equipped with features like dual shot, dual recording, and simultaneous video and image recording. The features like Smart Stay eye tracking, S Health, S Translator and Samsung ChatON make the device a smart choice for daily life. Other features include 2600 mAh battery, different sensors, document viewer, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 16GB onboard memory & 64GB expansion.
As expected, the new smartphone does offer eight cores with the Samsung Exynos 5410 "Octa" chipset - four Cortex-A15 cores at 1.6 GHz and four Cortex-A7 cores at 1.2 GHz. India will get this 8-core version and that's what we shall list in the specs below, whereas the US will only see a quad-core variant (Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 with 4 Krait 300 cores and Adreno 320 GPU - same as the LG Optimus G Pro and HTC One).
The all new Samsung Galaxy S4 is yet to hit the retail shelves, but that has not stopped talented minds from the developer community from trying their hands on the device.
